La Bottega, Guido Gobino

A master chocolatier from Turin with over fifty years of history, symbol of the tradition of true Turin chocolate. They handcraft gianduiotti, cremini and bars using only PDO Piedmont hazelnuts and selected cocoa.

Caffè Baratti & Milano

A historic Turin café founded in 1875 in the magnificent Galleria Subalpina, it soon became a meeting place for intellectuals, artists and aristocrats, thanks to its elegant Art Nouveau furnishings.

Gasprin

Historical ice-cream parlour established in a former dairy in 1929. Specialising in 'creams' - with traditional flavours such as Crema di Sorrento, Torrone al Pistacchio and Stracciatella - it stands out for its simple and genuine ingredients.

Aria Gelateria

Caffè al Bicerin dal 1763

A historic Turin café founded in 1763 opposite the Sanctuary of the Consolata, famous for the invention of the Bicerin - a hot drink made with coffee, chocolate and milk cream served in a small glass. It still retains its original furnishings and 19th-century atmosphere.
