A room with a private bathroom by the month, cleaning included, no rental contract.
Turin has 44,000 students living away from home and 20,070 beds for them. Anyone arriving in February finds very little, and what there is asks for a twelve-month contract and a deposit.
We rent by the month, from December to April, with a minimum of 28 nights. No rental contract, no deposit, no year-long commitment.

Three months paid in advance: −7%. Utilities and wi-fi included. City tax not included — students living away from home are exempt, with a form we give you.
For comparison: a single room in a private student residence in Turin runs between €505 and €710 a month, on an eleven or twelve month contract.

And a house with people in it: breakfast is at one long table, and at seven there is a drink downstairs if you feel like it. This is not a studio flat and it is not a student residence.
