Groups in Rome
99 beds in the Monti district, ten minutes on foot from Termini. And no city tax.
We host school, university, sports, choir and association groups from ten people up, with a minimum stay of three nights. We are a youth hostel run by a social cooperative, which is why the Rome city tax does not apply.
What you get
- 45 rooms and 99 beds: eleven four-bed shared rooms, plus double and single rooms for teachers and group leaders
- Mixed and female-only shared rooms
- Shared kitchen open 24 hours a day
- Meeting room, on request
- Inner garden
- Free luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, 8 am to 11:30 pm, and lockers with a key
- Self-service laundry: €7 wash and dry
- Lifts and three wheelchair-accessible double rooms
The tax you don’t pay
In other Rome hostels the city tax is at least €3.50 per person per night, and more in hotels. Here it doesn’t apply: for a group of twenty staying three nights, that is at least €210 off the final bill.
Why here
Termini is nine minutes on foot, Repubblica metro six, Cavour eleven. The Colosseum is a fifteen-minute walk. All around is Monti, the district where you eat well without spending much.
We are inside the historic-centre limited traffic zone (ZTL): if you arrive by coach, get off at Termini and walk the last stretch.
Good to know
- Reception open 8 am to midnight. Check-in from 2 pm, check-out by 10 am.
- Card payments only, no cash.
- No pets.
