Guido Castagna

A Turin master chocolatier, who created the “Metodo Naturale” method of chocolate making. His workshops turn out fine gianduiotti (among them the celebrated Giuinott®), bars, truffles and spreads, built on IGP Piedmont hazelnuts.

Casa Marchetti

Casa Marchetti is an elegant space given over to artisan gelato. An open workshop, selected ingredients, and tastings and experiences built around gelato culture.

Guido Gobino

A Turin master chocolatier with more than fifty years behind him, a symbol of the city’s real chocolate tradition. Gianduiotti, cremini and bars made by hand, with DOP Piedmont hazelnuts and selected cocoa only.

Baratti & Milano

A historic Turin café founded in 1875 in the magnificent Galleria Subalpina, which soon became a meeting place for intellectuals, artists and aristocrats, with its elegant Liberty-style interiors.
